Purpose is Calling

What’s up family! I pray all is well!! Listen I had an epiphany today! What was it? At the root of all your procrastination is fear.  That’s not necessarily a new revelation for some of us but I think we like to ignore and pretend like there are so many other things in the way of us being exactly who God has called us to be when in reality, IT’S YOU. You are in your own way! You allow fear to keep you distracted, undisciplined, and unfocused because at the root of it all you are afraid that you cannot live up to the expectation of who God called you to be. 

What you forget is that one, YOU WERE CREATED WITH PURPOSE IN MIND. Which means, when God designed you, He took into consideration all that He has called you to do and so He has used your experiences, environment, and other things to mold and prepare for you where He has called you. The second thing is that SIS… YOU ARE NOT ALONE! He will not leave you defenseless, powerless, or ignorant! Matter of fact, God said He would never leave you nor forsake you! (Hebrews 13:5b) Which means He will not abandon you or leave you helpless. As the saints say, “If God called you to it, He will bring you through it!” I need you to stop abandoning you! I need you to stop SETTLING for a mediocre lifestyle when you are called to live in ABUNDANCE and to be GREAT! 

GET UP!!! Like for real! GET UP AND GO AFTER IT!! Not the things…. Not the money and the Instagram likes and follows but literally CHASE GOD AND PURPOSE!! All the other stuff you desire WITHIN the CONFINES of GOD will come! 

Living in pursuit of GOD’S PURPOSE is different than WORLDLY PURPOSE. When you do the worldly purpose thing, you get into the culture of grinding and hustling. You become a part of team no sleep or you try to do what everyone else is doing because people tell you to emulate the successful person who is doing what you want to do. But God knows the plans He has for you! He has the blueprint shawty. Your walk with Him on this journey may look completely different than the person’s steps you are trying to copy!! In fact, I can guarantee you it will. Pursuit of TRUE PURPOSE where you are fulfilled internally requires you to live a submitted life to GOD. I make no apologies about God being at the CENTER of everything I do because He is WHY I do it. 

I’m telling you GOD’s blessing just hits differently than what people consider SUCCESS. When people ask me how I did it they will in fact know that and see that IT WAS ONLY GOD who brought me this far! I want you to experience what it is like to become FULLY who God created you to be! WALK BOLDLY IN IT!! BE PROUD BECAUSE IT’S NOTHING BETTER THAN BEING IN GOD’S WILL!

I pray that you are inspired to stop existing and TO LIVE!!!
